Designed by service-training professionals, the Certified Customer Service Specialist program (CCSS) provides a strong foundation of skills and knowledge for the customer service industry. Information sharing, customer service and managing the difficult customer are just a few of the competencies CCSS graduates master.
For qualified applicants, the HOPE Grant can be used to help pay the tuition for the program, and it also provides a stipend for books. Graduates earn a Technical Certificate of Credit from their local technical college.
